Kenneth P. Abbarno is a partner with DiCello Levitt Gutzler and has been involved in multiple million dollar trials involving medical malpractice, products liability, and transportation claims. In 2020, Abbarno partially resolved an ongoing case as Lead Counsel for families alleging thousands of irreplaceable eggs and embryos were damaged by a hospital’s catastrophic storage tank failure. He was recently elected to the American Board of Trial Advocates.
On the show, Abbarno discusses a recent complaint he filed against the University of South Alabama alleging their women’s volleyball head coach sexually harassed and assaulted student athletes. He also offers insights into ongoing, nationwide COVID-19 business interruption claims.
