June 18, 2013 The Miami Foundation hosted a private reception and awarded more than $1 million in grants to more than 50 Miami-Dade County nonprofit organizations, which work to enhance the quality of life for all residents.
The reception is The Miami Foundation’s annual signature event and is attended by many of the community’s most generous and dedicated philanthropists who will be recognized. Additionally, during the reception, the Foundation highlighted the extraordinary work of previous grantees
