Bartoli’s Pizzeria, home of original Chicago deep dish and tavern-style pizza, will celebrate the two-year anniversary of their West Town location this April. Guests can look forward to a month-long lineup of events including the chance to win FREE pizza for a year, helping to support West Town Feeds, and more.

Bartoli’s is named after owner Brian Tondryk’s grandfather, Fred Bartoli, who was one of the original founders of Gino’s East in the 1960’s. Tondryk opened Bartoli’s in Roscoe Village in 2013 and in West Town in 2020, just before the pandemic shutdown. “It’s been a tough couple of years since we opened in West Town,” said Tondryk. “The support we’ve received from the neighborhood has been immeasurable and I try to give back as much as we can.”
The anniversary festivities will kick off on National Deep Dish Pizza Day, Tuesday, April 5, with a “Golden Ticket” contest. Bartoli’s will hide 5 “Golden Tickets” inside deep dish pizza boxes from Tuesday, April 5 through Sunday, April 10. Customers who buy any deep dish pizza from either the Roscoe Village or West Town location will have a chance to find a ticket and receive FREE Bartoli’s pizza for a year (one complimentary customer’s choice pizza per month for 12 months).
Additionally, patrons are encouraged to share their deep dish pizza orders on social media and tag @bartolispizza and #bartolisbirthday from April 4 through April 10 as one lucky person will be chosen online to win free pizza for a year.

In addition to the contest, Bartoli’s will donate a portion of proceeds from all deep dish pizzas sold for the month of April to West Town Feeds. West Town Feeds is a community based program with a daily goal of providing 50 to 100 hot meals to neighbors experiencing homelessness.
Bartoli’s deep dish pizza options range from $16.95 to $28.50 and highlights include Original Deep Dish, Bartoli’s Chicago Classic (Italian sausage, mushroom, onion, green pepper), The Union Stockyard (Italian sausage, bacon, pepperoni, prosciutto, Italian beef), Deep Dish Spinach and Cheese (Nonna Bartoli’s spinach and cheese mix layered on creamy mozzarella and topped with Bartoli’s pizza sauce), The Vegetarian (mushroom, onion, green pepper, black olives, sliced tomato, fresh spinach) and more. Guests can order from either the Roscoe Village or West Town location.
