Host Jackie Watson, the French reporter, was in attendance for The Art of Elysium which brought out some of Hollywood’s elite the night before the Golden Globes to host their ninth annual Heaven Gala in Los Angeles. The event was overseen by British fashion designer and activist Dame Vivienne Westwood and design partner, creative director and husband Andreas Kronthaler as creative visionaries. Finola Hughes and Russell Young were honored with the organization’s highest honor, the Spirit of Elysium award. Some of the sponsors for the evening included Tweezerman, Moët & Chandon, The LINE Hotel, GlamApp, Perrier and The Coffee Bean & Tea Leaf.
THE ART OF ELYSIUM PRESENTS ‘HEAVEN’
It was a heavenly night at The Art of Elysium’s 9th Annual ‘Heaven’ Gala in Culver City, California, where the 2016 visionary recipients Vivienne Westwood and Andreas Kronthaler presented their version of ‘HEAVEN.’
‘HEAVEN’ is The Art of Elysium’s largest annual fundraiser. The proceeds from this event went directly to the support of the organizations’ programs and services. The charity’s mission is to make art a catalyst for social change for artists, hospitalized children, elders and homeless communities.
Jackie had the great pleasure of speaking with some of the charity’s much beloved celebs concerning their reasons for supporting the organization. Such celebs included honorees Finola Hughes and Russell Young, Malin Akerman, Juliet Lewis, Jesse Metcalfe and Cara Santana, Shanola Hampton, Lauralee Bell, Zelda Williams, Jamie King, Arielle Kebble, Jamie-Lynn Sigler, Beau Dunn, Camilla Belle, Summer Altice, and Angela Lindvall.
Other notable attendees of the gala included Amber Heard, James Franco, Kat Graham, Christina Hendricks, Ashley Tisdale, Amber Valletta, Kaley Cuoco, Topher Grace, Nikki Reed and Ian Somerhalder, Zendaya, Kelly Osbourne and Minka Kelly.
