Firehouse Cook-Off Showdown at 18th Annual Expo Alfresco

Hollywood had it’s 18th annual Expo Alfresco this past Wednesday. The annual Expo showcased nearly 100 businesses – from restaurants to lawyers to plumbers. This year’s highlight was a Firehouse Cook-Off Showdown.
Firefighters from the Hollywood, Fort Lauderdale, Davie, Hallandale Beach and Broward Sheriff’s Office departments cooked up their “magic recipes” using a mystery ingredient which was revealed to them at the park. The dishes were judged by a panel of television and radio personalities. Check out the video to see who won and find out what the mystery ingredient was that they had to incorporate into their dishes
