Il Circolo’s 39th Annual Anniversary Gala entitled, “Festa della Italia Vecchia” (Feast of Old Italy) took place on March 8, 2015 at 6:30 pm and celebrated all that is classic Italian and Italian-American Culture.
At the gala, guests enjoyed exceptional Italian style food, wine, dances, instruments and history that brought to mind all that was beautiful and celebrated in late 1800’s Italy, taking place at Palm Beach’s perfect historical venue, The Breakers Hotel. A lively cocktail hour, complete with traditional strolling accordion players and singers, was followed by a five course gourmet Italian dinner complete with wine. A silent and live auction dazzled guests with gifts that will undoubtedly be a feast for those who love Italian goods, services, and accommodations. There was also some secret, unpublished surprises throughout the night.
The evening’s entertainment was one of the most sought after Italian bands in the country, Ray Massa’s EuroRhythms joined by Gino DeMarco, who lead guests into dancing and singing the night away!
