The Delray Beach Garlic Festival "The Best Stinkin' Party"

The Delray Beach Garlic Fest continues to live up to it’s reputation for being the premier food and entertainment event in South Florida. The event is dedicated to exploring the numerous health and culinary possibilities of garlic. Countless recipes and unique dishes have been created by professional chefs in the Garlic Chef cooking competition and by our Gourmet Alley concessionaires including Garlic Ice Cream, Argentinian Garlic BBQ and Garlic Fest crab cakes. The Garlic Fest has been featured on the Food Network and in countless national newspapers and magazines. Now in its 15th year, the Delray Beach Garlic has become an institution in Palm Beach County and is affectionately named “The Best Stinkin’ Party in Town.
Where does the money go?
The Garlic Fest was founded by a group of local folks looking to establish a fund-raising source for local non-profit organizations serving education and arts organizations for youth. The event relies on volunteer organizations to staff the event. That non-profit organization, appropriately named Delray Beach Arts, Inc. has donated over $430,000 and proudly continues to grow its charitable donations each year.
