The judges bellied up to the bar to taste test this year’s finalist concoctions for this year’s Winterfest Boat Parade Mixology Cocktail Contest. The prize being the featured signature cocktail for this year’s boat parade. And the winner was Angela Dugan of Kapow Noodle Bar with the Anchor Clanker. Special thanks to the runner ups Lisa LaFay of the Downtowner and Will Moscaritolo of the Melting Pot.
