Over 400 industry and community leaders were on hand as the Greater Fort Lauderdale Chamber of Commerce reviewed the state of business in South Florida at the Chambers 104th annual meeting presented by BB&T Thursday, February 27, at the Broward County convention center.
2013 chair Chuck Mohr, BB&T started off the program and officially hand over the gavel to 2014 chair Courtney Crush. This year’s keynote speaker was Steve Van Andel chairman of the Board of Directors US Chamber of Commerce and chairman of Amway. 2013 retiring directors were honored and the new leadership team was welcomed.
