Mercy & Sharing hosted the Promise 126 Benefit. There are 126 orphans at Mercy & Sharing Village in Haiti. These children were abandoned and left to die—many are disabled or have special needs. Mercy & Sharing made a promise to care for these 126 children. Promise 126 will not just help these children survive—but have the love they need to thrive.
The goal of the evening was to secure sponsorships for each of the 126 orphans at Mercy & Sharing Village. $6000 covers the annual cost of caring for a child (food, shelter, medical care, 24/7 nanny care, therapy, education, and vocational training). 100% of the proceeds will go directly to help these orphans. Photos and profile swere available of children who needed to be sponsored. Through sponsorships, a silent auction, ticket sales, and corporate sponsors, children will have what they need to survive and thrive.
