What better backdrop and ambiance for a farm to table experience than an actual farm?! In its third year, Marando Farms continues to provide a rural oasis in the heart of urban, downtown Ft. Lauderdale. Providing residents and businesses from Miami to Palm Beach with fresh produce and an extensive nursery, this organic, pesticide free farm is welcoming The Traveling Plate with open barn doors.
All proceeds from the Traveling Plate dinners help fund scholarships for students with disabilities and other life challenges as well as financial barriers so that they may enroll in ARC Broward’s 16-week culinary arts post secondary certificate program .
