Seco de Jaco Raviolo follows with crema de yuca, callaloo, brown butter and toaster garlic. Amaru’s third dish is Bacalao with sancocho de coco, yuca, platano, kale and Chile piquin oil. On Saturday, December 31st, Geja’s Cafe will offer a special, three-course fondue dinner at three different seating times: 5:00pm, 7:30pm, and 10:00pm.
