Eyeonsouthflorida.com Fort Lauderdale, FL – Hey South Florida if your into cooking and wine Blue Moon Fish Co. is thrilled to announce a fabulous new Cooking Class Series for the Fall, presented by Executive Chefs Bryce Statham and Baron Skorish. During the months of September, October and November, Bryce and Baron will demonstrate how to prepare several savory 4-course meals and pair them with featured wines. Attendees will be provided with the recipes presented in each class, so that you can impress your friends later with your new culinary skills!

> The classes will be held on the third Wednesday of each month.

> On September 18, the chefs will teach you how to prepare some of Blue Moon Fish Co.’s most popular award winning dishes, paired with Ferrari Carrano wine. The October 16 class will feature dishes infused with the goodness of the Autumn harvest, paired with Rodney Strong wine. The last class, on November 20, will feature dishes inspired by the holiday season and paired with B.R Cohn wine.
