Members of the Miami Dolphins joined forces with Publix giving 100 underprivileged children from Miami-Dade and Broward County Public Schools a $100 gift certificate to shop for a Thanksgiving dinner for their loved ones. Current players, cheerleaders and alumni shopped with the children and helped them select the items for the students who are from the Miami Dade (Olinda Elementary and Miami Heights Elementary) and Broward (Mirror Lake Elementary and Walker Elementary) school districts.
