Bathroom furnishing and fixture designer Decolav partnered with Matt Muenster, host of DIY Network’s Bath Crashers, for seven suites of bathroom furnishings. Host Evan Golden caught up with Matt and DecoLav owner Rob Mayer to see some of the pieces and to talk about the partnership.
The Matt Muenster Exclusive Collection consists of seven custom-designed bathroom ensembles featuring a variety of exotic woods and renewable materials.
The Bennett suite features a mirrored cabinet and optional side-mounted towel bars that create a stylish, functional and spa-like space. Malena Falls offers a vanity and mirrored cabinet feature a unique sliding bridge with three wood finish options. Brockston, with wood gradation and stainless steel accents, provides a timeless feel rooted in functionality. The minimalistic Avalyn’s white or black painted tempered glass countertop is complimented by wood finishes on the vanity’s apron and drawer. Ethanpointe provides practical storage options with a solid quartz countertop and push-to-open doors. Kateston boasts easy-to-access open shelving, a console with integrated towel bars, a convenient bottom storage shelf and innovative accessory tray, along with a wall mounted mirror featuring frosted LED tube lighting and steel pipe accents. The limited-edition Rylan Falls suite of products features an ornately streaked purple macassar veneer, framed by a flowing solid surface waterfall countertop and tempered glass panel.
