It was a night to remember as 150 kids along with their guests walked the red carpet at the Ritz Carlton Fort Lauderdale Beach. The kids arrived in limousines and were decked out in high fashion. The biggest accessory of the night? The smiles the kids wore on their faces.
Prom night is typically a highlight for most teenagers, unfortunately many kids battling cancer do not get to have that experience because of their illness. Our goal is not only to provide them something incredible to look forward to, but also to give them an experience that will give them lasting memories. “A Prom To Remember” is an event that helps provide hope, strength and inspiration.
The kids are treated like movie stars as they arrive in limousines, walk the red carpet, and dance the night away. And with the help of sponsors and donations, we provide everything necessary to help make this prom unlike any other. Everything from tuxedoes for the boys, dresses and salon services for the girls, limousine transportation, prom photos, food, entertainment and much more are all provided for these courageous teens.
We are grateful for the support of our surrounding communities and hope to provide this opportunity for kids all across the country
