The 55th Annual Fort Lauderdale International Boat Show’s® latest culinary enhancement is the addition of a new, full-service pop-up restaurant, Hugh’s Café at the Hall of Fame Marina, operated by Hugh’s Culinary. Styled as high-end sit-down bistro, the café will be located at the Hall of Fame Marina show location and feature an à la carte menu, tapas style food and full course lunches. Open to the public, the concept is designed to offer another quality dining option for guests and a place for industry professionals to meet and conduct business. Check out the event map.
Pier 66 Marina offers attractive dining options, including Pelican Landing restaurant for casual dockside dining and drinks, and fine cuisine at the upscale Grille 66 & Bar. Pier 66 also offers pool-side dining at Orchids Pool Bar.
The Greater Fort Lauderdale/Broward County Convention Center. New menu items for this year’s show include The Hatteras Burger, tempura fried soft shell crab sandwiches and Maine lobster rolls. Or, sit back and relax with a cool drink at the new IGFA Sportfishing Lounge. The Sailfish Pavilion Bar & Grill will broadcast college and NFL football games from the Budweiser Bar and feature live musical entertainment Saturday and Sunday. The Guy Harvey Craft Beer Lounge and Carvery will feature nautical films, craft beers and freshly carved turkey and Cuban “Media Noche” sandwiches.
For a more casual approach, select from the many choices at the show’s International Food Garden located at the Bahia Mar show location. Or find a seat at one of the show’s world-famous floating cocktail lounges, one of the best spots to people-watch, grab a cold drink and recharge while enjoying live musical entertainment
The Hilton Marina location features several dining options including Nanking, offering Asian-fusion dishes; The G casual waterside dining located directly adjacent to the hotel’s 33-slip inlet marina; and the Waterway Room featuring breakfast service with waterway views. More information HERE.
